2026 Update: Since I was already on the customer list from 2025, I didn't have to do anything to reinstate service once mosquito season started back up in March. They texted me one day that they'd be out the following day to spray, and they've been coming exactly on-schedule as they did last time. Rescheduling a spray can also be really easily done via text message, but I haven't needed to, and it's been so nice to start the season mosquito free! Tyler has been my regular technician for a long time now and he does a great job! 10/10 recommend.

For most metro Atlanta yards, our 21-day Barrier+ treatment is the right call. If you have vegetable gardens, beehives, or pet sensitivities, Organic+ is the better fit. If your property backs onto a creek or lake, pairing one of those with In2Care traps usually delivers the best results. For high-use yards where you want automated control, a misting system is the upgrade. We'll tell you straight which service fits your property during the quote conversation.
We provide written quotes after talking through your property, not over the phone with a flat rate.
No. There are no annual agreements, no signup fees, and no cancellation penalties on any AMC service. We invoice per treatment (or for misting, per scheduled maintenance). If a service isn't working for you, you tell us and we stop. Most of our customers come back season after season because the service works, not because they're locked in.
Yes, once dry. Wait approximately 30 minutes after spray application before letting kids or pets back into the treated areas (1-2 hours for flea and tick treatment). All AMC services use EPA-approved products applied at residential-safe concentrations. We don't spray pools, vegetable gardens, or pet water bowls, and we text you before arrival so you can bring pets inside if you'd like.
It depends on the service. Barrier+ lasts approximately 21 days per application. Organic+ lasts approximately 14 days due to faster breakdown of plant-based ingredients. In2Care traps run continuously between 4-week service visits. Misting systems mist automatically 2-3 times daily year-round. Flea and tick treatment is scheduled every 30 days during active season.
AMC services metro Atlanta and the North Atlanta service radius, including Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Marietta, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Decatur, Peachtree Corners, Duluth, Cumming, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're outside the listed neighborhoods, call (678) 928-7522 and we'll tell you whether we cover your area.
We come back out at no charge. The no-itch guarantee covers re-treatment between scheduled visits on any AMC service. Text or call (678) 928-7522 and we'll get a tech to your property, usually within a couple of days. The guarantee is part of why we don't require annual contracts.
