The Barrier+ approach
We treat your whole property: front yard, back yard and side yards. Mosquitoes rest in sheltered spots all around the house, so we check shaded plants and other likely resting spots before spraying.
We choose the spray areas after checking your yard. Let us know about gardens, water features, pets and play areas before we start.

What sets our treatment apart

The products behind the process
Three major components. One thoughtful treatment. Our Barrier+ approach combines immediate knockdown, rain resistance, and targeted protection that helps interrupt the mosquito life cycle, because what goes into your treatment matters.
More about Barrier+First visits and re-treatments include a knockdown treatment to reduce adult mosquitoes present at the time of application.
A sticking additive helps the Barrier+ application adhere to treated surfaces and supports the residual treatment through outdoor conditions. Careful product selection is part of the service.
Our first-visit protocol includes targeted protection that helps stop immature mosquitoes from developing into biting adults.
A roughly three-week rhythm
Barrier+ visits are scheduled approximately every 21 days during active service. We continue to evaluate the yard as vegetation, water sources, and mosquito activity change.
Still bothered by mosquitoes between scheduled treatments? Let us know so we can arrange a free return visit under our satisfaction guarantee.
When is the best time to spray for mosquitoes?A thoughtful first visit
Your first visit is usually within one to two business days of booking.
Your technician checks likely mosquito resting areas and standing-water sources, using your notes about bites, gardens, pets, and access to guide the visit.
Our first-visit protocol includes an insect growth regulator and an initial knockdown treatment where appropriate. Your property guides the application.
On later visits, we check for changes and treat the yard again. Let us know if mosquitoes have picked up in a particular spot.
Before your visit
Your technician sends an on-the-way text before service. Let us know how to access your yard in advance and tell us about any areas that need special attention.
After treatment
Keep children and pets out of treated areas until the application is fully dry. Allow approximately one hour for planning, and follow the product- and property-specific instructions your technician gives you.
If mosquitoes are still bothering you between scheduled treatments, contact us with your service address and where you notice activity. For recurring customers, our satisfaction guarantee includes a return visit, inspection, and appropriate re-treatment without an additional service charge for that guarantee visit.

Yes. Every visit covers the whole property: front yard, back yard and side yards. We walk all of it, then target the places mosquitoes actually rest and breed rather than blanket-spraying open lawn, so different plants, water sources and outdoor spaces get the handling they need.
Usually within one to two business days after you book. Your technician texts before arriving, and you don’t need to be home.
Yes. We offer outdoor flea and tick service, which puts more emphasis on the grass than standard mosquito treatment. Ask about it when you request your quote.
Flea and tick yard treatmentYes. The “+” includes the work beyond spraying: checking birdbaths, turning over containers, and treating suitable standing-water sources such as drains and downspouts. We keep property notes so we can check these spots again on later visits.
If it’s actively raining when your visit is due, we reschedule for the next suitable day. If rain is only in the forecast, we usually treat as planned, because Barrier+ is made to hold up through normal rain.
Barrier+ includes a sticking additive that helps it hold on to foliage, including sheltered leaf undersides, through normal rainfall. Rain soon after a visit usually doesn’t mean you need another treatment. Extreme downpours can occasionally affect it, so if mosquitoes pick back up, let us know. Recurring customers get free re-treatments between qualifying visits.
What our re-treatment guarantee coversYour quote is based on property size. You pay per visit, with recurring service about every 21 days and no annual contract. There is no fee for a quote. We explain the charge and service scope before you begin.
What to consider when comparing service costsBarrier+ and Organic+ have the same per-visit charge. Organic+ visits are about every 14 days rather than 21, so its more frequent visits cost more over the same service period. Organic+ also uses a plant-based treatment approach.
