Information you give us

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, property address, treatment interests and any notes you provide. The fields vary by form.
• Referrals: your name, the referred person’s name and phone number, their address if supplied, and a preferred way to contact them. Please get their permission before sharing their details.
• Customer feedback: your name, rating and comments.
• Follow-up messages: information you share when we discuss your request or service.

When you select Next on a quote form, the details from that step are sent to us. We can receive your contact information and follow up even if you do not finish the remaining steps.

Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers or sensitive health information in website forms.

How we use information

We use your details to answer questions, prepare quotes, contact referred customers, arrange service, keep track of referrals and respond to feedback. We also use website information to troubleshoot problems, prevent spam and understand which pages or advertising campaigns bring us inquiries.

Our text messages are used to follow up on lead submissions. See our text message terms for contact and opt-out information.

We also send promotions for our own services through other channels. To ask us to stop promotional messages, email privacy@amcmosquito.com or use an unsubscribe option provided in the message. Stopping promotions does not cancel service. You can also ask us to stop following up on an inquiry.

Website activity and browser storage

Our hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requests to the website. We use IP-based limits to reduce spam.

A quote request can include the page where you opened the form, the referring page and campaign or ad-click identifiers from the link you followed. We filter this information before sending it with your request.

The quote form stores a randomly generated request identifier and completion information in your browser’s local storage. This helps us update the same request and avoid duplicate reporting. The form does not store your typed contact details or address in that local storage. The identifier does not have a set expiry and may remain until you clear site data or the form replaces it.

You can clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. This can reset the form’s saved request identifier, but it does not delete information already sent to us.

Services that help us run the website

Website submissions are sent to our internal task system so our team can handle quotes, referrals and feedback. Companies providing hosting, security, communications and customer-management tools may process information to provide those services. Our customer login opens a separate FieldRoutes portal.

Cloudflare: hosts and protects this website and privately stores quote submissions while we deliver them to our internal task system. Where a Cloudflare Turnstile security check runs, Cloudflare processes device and browser signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Google address suggestions: when you type into an address field with Google suggestions, your search text is sent to Google to find matching addresses. You can edit the suggested address or enter an address manually. See Google’s privacy policy.

We do not give customer contact details to business partners for their own promotional campaigns. Service providers processing information for us are different from partners receiving information to market their own services.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Pages with our quote forms use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and advertising results. These services load automatically on those pages and can read or set cookies and receive information such as page addresses, IP addresses, browser details and interactions. Google may also use information for advertising personalization, depending on the service and your settings.

When our quote system confirms a saved request, it can send a conversion event with a random request identifier. Our website’s conversion event does not include your name, phone number, email address, street address or form comments.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage personalization in Google’s ad settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Turning off personalized ads does not stop every form of measurement.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity on our marketing pages to understand how you use our website and improve its content, usability and advertising. Clarity creates heatmaps and session replays from interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation. It can receive page addresses, device and browser information, and use cookies or similar technologies to connect visits.

Clarity masks input fields and dropdowns. We also mask contact details, property addresses and address suggestions displayed outside those fields. Form labels and buttons remain visible. We do not send form details or customer identifiers to Clarity through custom events. We do not load Clarity on our referral, customer-feedback or legal pages.

Microsoft also processes website usage information under its own privacy practices. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details about its collection, use and privacy choices.

Phone calls and call tracking

We use CallRail tracking numbers to route calls and understand which marketing sources bring us inquiries. CallRail processes information such as your phone number, available caller ID, call time and duration. Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded, and the recording can include information you share during the call.

We also use CallRail to transcribe and analyze calls, including identifying keywords, to help us review inquiries and marketing results.

Eligible call and text-message conversion information can be sent to Google Ads to measure advertising results. Call tracking is separate from information submitted through our quote forms.

We also use CallRail on our marketing pages to connect website visits with calls. It can display a tracking phone number and use cookies or similar technologies to associate a call with a visit or advertising source. Its website script receives information such as your IP address, browser details and pages visited.

How long we keep information

We currently keep quote leads, referrals and customer feedback without a fixed deletion schedule. These records can remain in our systems after an inquiry ends or a feedback issue is resolved.

Our website keeps a separate recovery copy of quote requests to retry interrupted delivery. Successfully delivered recovery copies are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Undelivered copies remain until delivery or manual resolution. Hosting-provider recovery backups may retain deleted copies for up to 30 additional days. This does not delete the lead from our internal task system.

Under CallRail’s published retention policy, communication records, including call recordings, are deleted after 25 months. Deleted data may remain in disaster-recovery backups for up to 90 additional days. We keep call recordings and transcripts in CallRail and do not save copies outside CallRail.

You can ask us to review or delete information by contacting us below. Some information may need to be retained for an active service relationship, accounting, security, a dispute or a legal requirement. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Email privacy@amcmosquito.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion or stop promotional messages. We may need to verify your identity before changing or releasing a record. Available legal rights can depend on where you live and which laws apply.

If someone referred you to us and you do not want to be contacted, let us know using the same email or call 678-888-2204.

Children’s information

This website is intended for adults arranging property services. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and arrange its removal where appropriate.
