Planning pressure washing and mosquito service? Tell us what will get wet or moved, ask how timing affects treatment, and book each job separately.
Define the jobs separately
Pressure washing is exterior cleaning. During a service visit, we evaluate your property and treat appropriate areas under your selected plan. Neither service should be sold as a substitute for the other.
Tell both providers which areas are involved. Arrange pressure washing separately from your mosquito service.
Discuss the order before booking
If washing will wet or disturb areas planned for treatment, explain that to us. Ask how the actual product directions affect timing instead of assuming a universal waiting period.
Mention moved furniture, landscape work, and stored equipment. The layout may have changed since the original quote.
Use the finished space as a starting point
After cleaning, look at where you will sit and how the area will be maintained. Show the technician persistent water collections or sheltered borders.
Request separate scopes and prices. Pressure washing does not replace mosquito treatment, and each provider handles its own work.
